Oroboros

The Oroboros Project:
Co creating an empowered wiccan/pagan community.

The Oroboros project was initiated in 2005 at the Fall Equinox to help organize interested individuals into working circles or small groups and to help empower them to create the kind of magical experience that they are wanting.

My personal intention was to empower and connect Wiccans in the Victoria area in ways that would lead to the healing of the planet through creative magic, which is the foundational objective of the Project. So far we have formed a number of working circles, co-created organically and magically with love and trust.

If you are new to the wiccan path, or have a wish to be involved in a supportive and autonomous working circle, you are invited to add your name to the growing list of those interested in the project. Mentorship will be provided for the newly formed circles for at least a year and a day, and an initiatory process may be included, but only if this is desired by all group members.

If you are at all interested do not hesitate to apply, a commitment is not necessary until the circles are formalized. At this time the project is only available to those located in the Victoria Capitol Regional District.

Applicants for the Project will be interviewed by phone as to areas of interest, geographic locations, previous experience, etc., which will help match people with similar paths and interests and ensure sincerity and compatibility within each newly created circle. Small existing groups wishing mentorship are welcome to apply as a unit if they wish to remain working together within a circle.

The Oroboros Project is a groundbreaking initiative. If you are interested in pursuing this path of empowerment and community, please contact the director of the project via the e-mail address below with your contact information, and you will presently be telephoned for an interview.  All contact information will remain confidential and will only be seen by oganizers and mentors in the program. If this is not of interest at this time, I invite you to remain open to the possibility of joining at a future date.

Yours in service,
Alison Skelton

If you wish to apply for inclusion in this project please e-mail the Director of the Project at draigwitch@yahoo.com with your full name and phone number and you will be contacted once there are enough names to move forward with.

Please Note: Application does not imply a commitment to the Project nor does it guarantee inclusion.

Confidentiality is assured; no personal information will be shared with anyone beyond the project mentors. It will be our policy that those who express interest will be contacted not more than twice, after which, if they have not responded within two weeks, their names will be removed from the list, and it will be necessary to reapply.
